[Ingredients]
Pork chops (however many you want)
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cans of beef consumme soup (with gelatin)
1/2 can water
1 carrot

1. Brown desired number of pork chops in bacon fat (yum!) or a buttered pan with salt & pepper.
2. In a casserole dish, combine soup, water and rice.
3. Lay browned chops ontop of rice mixture.
4. Grate carrot on top. (This is really important and you can't have too much carrot so grate away!)
5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is done.
Watch out for steam burns when removing foil and enjoy!

wow I'm so glad I stumbled across your little blog! My husband and I are super poor students, and so we just bought a ton of pork because it was on sale, but we don't know what to do with it! Thanks for the suggestion!
